Job Summary
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing retail fixtures, store project execution, and retail operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality in-store experience aligned with the company’s premium brand standards. The position manages the end-to-end lifecycle of retail fixture development – from production and vendor management through inventory planning and deployment – while ensuring strong partnerships with Procurement, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
The role leads the operational processes that support store projects, including new store openings, remodels, and brand initiatives and oversees all third-party vendors involved in production, logistics and installation. They will also manage key retail operations programs that support day-to-day store performance, including tint equipment programs, retailer incentive buys, and other initiatives that enhance retailer efficiency and experience.
In addition, this role is accountable for optimizing processes, improving operational workflows, and managing departmental budgets and documentation. Success requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities, delivering results through both internal teams and external partners.
