Overview

The Procurement & Contract Analytics Intern will support the Indirect Procurement team in a strategic contract migration initiative. This project involves organizing and digitizing legacy supplier agreements and related documentation to improve contract visibility, governance, and accessibility within the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This internship provides hands-on experience in procurement operations, contract lifecycle management, and data organization within a manufacturing environment. The intern will collaborate with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to sourcing processes, supplier management, data governance and procurement analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contract Inventory & Organization Review and catalog legacy supplier agreements and related documentation stored across digital repositories and shared drives.

• Document Review & Classification Identify contract types (e.g., services agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, amendments) and organize them according to procurement and legal classification standards.

• Data Extraction & Preparation Extract key contract metadata such as supplier name, contract dates, renewal terms, pricing clauses, and termination provisions to prepare records for migration.

• System Migration Support Assist with uploading contracts and related metadata into the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

• Quality Control & Validation Support validation of migrated contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.

• Process Documentation Help document procedures and best practices for contract repository organization and migration workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration Interact with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams to clarify contract information and ensure proper documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, English, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Pre-Law, or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing documents and data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and digital document management systems.
  • Interest in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
