Job Summary:
The Process Safety Management (PSM) Manager is responsible for leading and strengthening the company’s PSM program across the Benjamin Moore manufacturing network. This role ensures that all covered processes—including those involving hazardous chemicals, resins, and intermediates—operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently. The PSM Manager develops, implements, and audits PSM elements; partners closely with EHS, Quality, R&D, and Operations; and drives a culture of process safety excellence. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise in chemical processing and strong leadership skills to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and improve safety performance.
