The Leave Management Administrator will be responsible for administering our leave, disability, and workers' compensation programs and taking part in various process improvements of these plans to ensure a well-coordinated and empathetic employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the short and long-term leave administration programs and continually provide opportunities to improve our processes.
  • Act as the liaison between our leave vendor, Human Resources team members, and various management team members throughout the organization.
  • Review reports and vendor websites to identify employee STD claims, Family Medical Leaves (FMLA), Leave of Absence (LOA), and Return to Work (RTW) records and update them in the Human Resource system for employees.
  • Report appropriate benefit payments to our payroll team and leave vendors for employees with STD, WC, and LTD claims.
  • Update communications such as leave summaries, training, and process documents as required.
  • Assist in resolving vendor performance cases, tracking and resolving issues, and providing a summary of vendor’s performance for year-end measurement.
  • Administer the State Paid Sick leave and work with vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and implement the annual enrollment process for employees on STD and LTD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's college degree
  • 2 plus years of disability claims and leave management experience.
  • Proven experience partnering with field managers and Human Resources team members on leaves.
  • Proven ability working with leave and disability vendors.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

The salary range listed herein refers to the amount the Company is willing to pay at the time of posting. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, job location, and other relevant factors.
